Group Coaching- Benefits of Group Coaching

Group coaching also allows for greater accountability, as members of the group can help to hold each other accountable for their goals. Lastly, the cost of group coaching is typically lower than individual coaching, making it more accessible to many.

We also offer a Grief Group Support Session for individuals who have experienced physical, emotional and /or financial loss. These sessions are offered on a weekly basis, registration is first come, first served and are free of charge.
